Prediction Voting Error screen.....

I did the "new" vote on my primary account, went to my alt account tried to vote my prediction and I get this screen, other image is cropped..

Anyone have any idea why?

Maybe it is tied to the console mac: adress or youre internet ip adress.

What? I dont understand, I have a second PSN account with different name address, was able to do the prediction vote on first round with both, now you are saying I cannot unless I buy second issue of GT7? Which is not possible on one platform, I cannot have two or more copies of same game at same time.

I got the same error on my one-and-only account today, so I don't think it has anything to do with multiple accounts.
