Here another review, The pagani huayra
Absolutely will do that. Been waiting for someone to request that lol

Alright guys, the first dual review has been written. Let me know if you think I've done it correctly, if I should change anything or what I should tweak etc! You know I love you hear your feedback. I'm writing the reviews but they're for you so they should be as appealing to everyone has possible. Please feel free to let me know!

Also, I'd like to ask a question. I got an invite from SNAIL racing. How big of a deal is this? I don't post my PSN name on this website nor have I commented on any of their threads as well as raced with anyone who's in there to my knowledge. Is this a big deal or is this just what happens usually? I'd love to know.

Thanks guys, will try to keep these reviews coming but I seem to get busier and busier every day, might have to call in some backup if I go too long without posting anything. But don't worry, I doubt that'll happen for a while, anyways, give me your feedback guys!

Thank you sir!

Yeah, I go to eat dinner and I get back on GT6 and I see an invite sent via PSN and I'm like "how do they know who I am ._." Creepy and flattering lol

It's the internet, You can find anyone or anywhere just by typing a name

I apologize for not posting a review today guys. Been busy on trying to get a good time in today for SNAIL racing and trying to work a few things out on the reviews. If I'm not busy tomorrow expect at least 1 tomorrow, if I can I'll try to do two. I feel bad cause I used to do a review right when it's requested and now I'm days behind. I'll make it up to you guys! I'll get caught up, don't you worry ;)

I once again apologize for not posting anything. Here's what'll happen, I want you guys to tell me what I should do to make it up to you! Anything you guys want me to do/answer/help that's related to Gran Turismo I'll do. Let the replies break lose! I will be busy tomorrow with family business but, hopefully, I'll be free Sunday and I'll make sure everything get's sorted and I'll have reviews as well. So please, let me know what you'd like me to do, answer, help or anything else you can think of that's related to gran turismo or this thread and I'll make sure I'll answer! I hope this makes up for the absence of reviews!

Thanks guys!

@no1pal Hey man, SuzukaStar suggested that I do a dual review of the McLaren F1 compared to the 12C. I know request just the 12C and I'm happy to do a review on that and a dual review on the two cars but tell me which one you'd prefer: just the 12C or a dual review between the 12C and the McLaren F1. Again, I'm fine either way. If you wanted to get an in-depth review on the 12C to the best of my ability then a sole review of the 12C is what I'll do along with a dual review but if you'd prefer a dual review then I'll just do that.

dual review sounds cool.

Dual review sounds good. 👍

:D YES thank you!

Also when I mean the lp640 was bad I mean it was bad in GT5
No no, thank you :D

I never used it in GT5 other than in that stupid night race in Tuscany, go over the first hill at a fairly slow speed and you still spin out. It's quite a fun car to drive in GT6 though, I wouldn't use it as a racing car because it's just too much of a handful for that and coming from a guy who loves the 1100 ft/lb of torque you get in the Peugeot 908, that's really saying something.

I enjoyed reading your LP640/670 review 👍
Liked the way you separated the two cars in to each paragraphs.

No no, thank you :D

Same as me. I bought them both in GT5, but never drove them because of the nightmarish event in Tuscany. Barely made bronze. :scared:
I have yet to buy them in GT6. I might do that now.

@no1pal Just go with the Aventador if you want a lambo. Almost all around better and for just a bit more money. If you're looking to tune them go with the 670 however.

I got my first race in S.N.A.I.L. this weekend so reviews are going to be put on hold until afterwards so I can practice. Race two is in an Elise 111R at Big Willow, I think it's fair to say I bet I'll do well there ;)

Whew, man, busy busy busy. I think it's time I ask you all one very serious question which could change the fate of these reviews. I'm getting more and more busy so reviews will become less and less frequent, are you guys ok with this or would you like me to enlist some of YOU to help me write reviews? I'll ask you to write a review of a particular car (don't know which one yet but will be a cheap car, maybe around 50K) and whoever I feel captures the most about the car, they will be chosen to help. We'll all take turns writing reviews. Now this is very serious because this is a big job. While I'll still be doing the laptimes for every car anyone will review to keep things as equal as possible, it can still take 30 minutes to get a good feeling for the car and then write a review on it. Things will have to be done in the current format as well "-overview, -value, -noted features, as requested by etc) If you can't follow these rules then this won't be the job for you. So, again, I ask all of you, would you mind reviews becoming less frequent but still have just me review the cars or would you like to hear other people's opinions? Let me know guys!

Welcome back how was Snail?

Also hope people can help you review! I'm am horrible at reviewing stuff :p

It was fun. Finished 7th overall which isn't too bad since I've practiced wrong for the first two races and spun out in 4 of the 6 lol. Looking foreward to next week!

Well guys, It doesn't look like I'll have enough time to continue doing these reviews by myself. SO, consider this your official invitation to be interviewed for reviews on cars. I'll ask all of you who are interested to pm me a review of the Lotus Elise 111R. You don't need to add pictures for this, but please do stick with the original format of the bolded segments of the review such as -overview etc. In the end you can put requested by me, Flamango247 since I'm requesting this. Don't worry about laptimes, I'll still be doing those for every car that's reviewed to make sure everyone still gets consistent info. Also put what game of Gran Turismo you've started at in the series. I've played Gran turismo 1 but I didn't get started into the series until around GT5 prologue so I'd say I began at GT5 prologue. Pretty simple.

-Requirements: Please take these things into consideration before you think about reviewing cars. When I began I thought this would be an easy and fun project but it is actually a bit time consuming. Testing a car, writting the reviews, getting all the info you need and comparing them to other cars in the same category (450 car is in a 440-460pp category) can take 30, 45 or more minutes to do. Also, you're not just driving around a track. You need to know the suspension and how every thing works with it. You need to know what dampeners do, how the stiffness affects handling and the same for every other part of the suspension, weight distribution, how torque works, what a car should sound like even if you've never heard it (you know what American cars sound like, big V8's etc and you know what Italian cars sound like, symphony of V12's etc) You need to know the history and handling characteristics of past cars. Take Lamborghini for example, they're all terrifying cars to drive with limited grip and always guessing if you'll make it through the entire corner. You need to know this so you can say that the Aventador handles differently from all those cars. You need to know some basic history behind the cars such as how the Miura revolutionized the super car with it's Mid Engine platform, the first for the road cars of it's day and little details such as how when the doors open they resemble and bull's horn. As you can see there's a lot of work that goes into these reviews. They aren't something just throw together, they take a reasonable amount of understanding oh the physics of the game and how everything ties together along with you need to know some interesting facts about the cars. If you know about the suspension stuff and willing to spend some time getting the know the cars along with some basic facts about them, this could be for you and it's pretty fun because it gives you a goal on actually buying cars you wouldn't otherwise buy.

-What I'll ask you: To make sure they aren't fake entries or someone who doesn't know what they're doing just trying to do these reviews, I'll ask you some questions on suspension setups, history on cars, facts, your driving skills etc, basically almost everything I mentioned above really.

-You ready?: Alright, well I told you what I'll be looking for, how to submit your reviews to me, make sure they're private messages to me, not here on this thread please, and I'll be looking foreward to a partnership for you all. Thank you all for supporting this idea, it has been a load of fun and rewarding work but now real work and daily life is taking over and I just can't do it by myself. Because of this, the reviews wouldn't be as consistently reviewed as before and I'd feel terrible for letting you all down so It's time I brought in some help. So please, once again, submit your reviews to me and if you're lucky, you'll get to review cars :D

I would consider doing reviews. I used to do them on Forza 4 occasionally. I would want to do my own format though. I could probably only do one every week or two though.

When I did them on Forza they used to take between 5 and 10 hours to do and I don't have as much time as I used to, but I could always condense them down a little bit. Normally I would pick a car, drive it, use it in some races, then upgrade it to a class limit and recommend what changes it benefits from most. Sometimes I would do comparison tests instead.

Forzamotorsport.net has been changed recently and my old content is gone now, but I still have all of the reviews stored on my computer without pictures. I could inbox you one of them if you like? They're quite long and very in depth.

I can see what you're going for and while you do make good reviews, it's not in the way of which I need for a replacement. Yes guys, I'm sorry to say but I don't think I'll have the time anymore to do this. You can either A: set up your own review thread (gimme a little credit here for the inspiration if I did inspire you ;D) or if you'd like to continue on what I've been doing, just read this

Pick one
Any old Ferrari, BMW 507 '57, Subaru S206 NBR '12, a viper perhaps along with the Alfa 8C Competizone as it uses the same engine I think.
Fancy race cars do say a side by side comparison of 2 GT3 or GT500 cars.

I'm thinking American. I want something that's all about muscle, quarter miles and hot pursuits. It doesn't have to be a classic but it has to be the essence of a muscle car. Already did the Camaro. I'm thinking any kind of Shelby but that's just my idea. Do you guys want this or something else? I'm here to please you all after-all.

Btw I'm working now so you'll all have to wait till either Sunday or maybe next Friday so we've got time to decide.
