Premium Question

Need to renew my subscription, and cannot find the right page; looked into my account and cannot find the appropriate buttons. What am I missing?

Please help.
 
I think you need to let your subscription run out before you can renew it, @photonrider. :boggled:
 
It runs out tomorrow, Dean. I'm not sure whether we have recurring payments. Maybe you're right and I have to wait. I'll check back later, I guess; obviously when it runs out it takes me back to Non-premium, and 'renewing' would be easier.

Click on your name at the top (or bottom) of the page and then click on "Account Upgrades" (near the bottom of the popup menu).

At least you get that. I get it saying purchase and no time on it. It is like I am not premium.

Let it run out then try.
 
That is bizarre. I get the option, even though I will never need it :confused:

Mine's looking the same as photonrider's.

I think the difference is, that both me and PR have annual subscriptions...
