Try it first on a second account if possible.

I don't know, I have these cars in the UCD, if I use a restore ticket do I make them 0/0/0? Sorry for my ignorance...

That would make a 1/0/0 car I'm afraid. 0/0/0 cars are from the OCD (updates tomorrow) or pulled from tickets.
