Prize cars: Can't buy them?

So I really wanted a Lamborghini Countach near the beginning of my game. I checked the Lamborghini dealer and saw I couldn't buy one. Then after awhile I got one as a prize! It was in the color I wanted so I didn't bother selling it to get another one. But I checked anyways to see if I could. It's still not there.





Can you not buy cars you unlock/receive as prizes?



It's clear to me now I have to win the Bugatti Veyron as a prize, but I'll want more than one to get different colors. Can I not buy another one from an unlocked Bugatti dealer?
 
Prize car from something I forget for both cars you mentioned, and Used Dealership for both as well.
 
The Veyron is 2 million in the used dealer. You win one for completing the GT World Championship. You know you can paint cars... right?
 
You can buy the 25th anniversary countach in the used car delearship, but Im not sure if it comes in any colours other then black.
