How do you receive prize cars in GT2? I have already won the Sunday Cup, but only received money.

Not all race have prize car, see attachment.

Basically, you get no prize cars for:

Sunday and Clubman Cup races
Any Manufacturer's Events
Rally races
Any "National" events
Any stage of percentage completion or finishing the game
Have 100 cars in your garage
Getting less than 10 gold trophies for each license

...but there's always Red Rock Valley!

Aw, you gave my answer already. Actually you forgot the Event Generator. You don't get a prize for the Generator.
