I can't download the "Tanner Foust drives Gran Turismo" video. I just come to PS Store and the text "There are no items available for your account."

What account do I need? I have a PSN account with a registered Visa card. Other downloads seems to work fine.

Yep same here, I assumed it was temporary but it's been a couple days now.

Ok, so I noticed finally the Nurnburgring 24hr footage has been released in two parts (roughly 800mb each), when I go to download them I get the same problem.

"There are no items available for your account"

:indiff: I was looking foward to viewing these.

Are you signed in as the same account as what your funds come from? You cant always download paid for items from a sub account unless you authorized it on setup.

Yes I have tried 2 different accounts (master and sub), both have the same problem. Though only for new video's (true start to GTTV, Tanner Foust and these new Nurburgring 24hr footage) older stuff works fine, even the stuff I havent downloaded yet comes up fine.

I'm having the same problem, I get "There are no items available for your account." with all the all the videos listed as costing £0.00. The ones listed as "free" work fine. This is using my main account, which has a working credit card and a positive balance. Never had any trouble buying from the store before. I've tried with and without the "advanced download" option.

Has anybody with a non-US account managed to download them?

It's working for me now.

I thought it might be the Tanner Foust video, I figured maybe like the challenge that was only for the US market. So I took that out of my cart and it let me "buy" the other two videos. But then I added the Tanner Foust video on its own and it let me "buy" that one too. They're all downloading as I type.

No everything is the same as always I was just up late last night and gave it a try around 1am (GMT) and it worked first time and downloaded in around 3 minutes which is quicker than usual.

I just spent £5.00 trying to purches the new Nurburgring video, it charged me three times for the same video and still wont let me download it, and the Ferrari video I purchased a while ago isn't working either, it wants me to purches it again, not good news for GTTV.

Who do we contact about getting a refund?

I have also paid for one of the Nurburgring video's, and can't download it either. :grumpy:

So it doesn't tell you "There are no items available for your account" and allows you to pay for it? Then doesn't download?

This is strange, in the news segment it tells me the Nurburgring video is £1.59 (from memory) but when I go to download it, both parts and the into is listed as free. Which then I can't download it anyway.

I hope this gets fixed.

I'm having the same issues. I've sent an email to the customer services address that's in the confirmation email they send. (I've sent them a link to this thread too)

Thanks Daan 👍, I've been watching this thread closely to see when/if this issue gets resolved. I still get the 'No items available for your account' message too.

Has anybody been able to get a refund for paying for a video and then unable to download it? I bought the Nurburgring video twice (wasting £3.18) and neither time could I download it. I emailed networksupport@uk.playstation.com, as given in the email receipt, but have not received any reply. In fact I'm more annoyed by not getting any reply from Sony than I am from losing the money in the first place!

I have received nothing back either. I've just sent them another email.

Finally the Nurburgring videos are downloading! After trying everyday to see if they fixed it.

I just downloaded the PS3 firmware 2.52 just update before starting GT5P, maybe this firmware update fixed the PS store?

I got a response to my 2 emails earlier. They're basically telling me that I have to phone them to sort it out.

I don't see why I should have to pay for a national rate phonecall so that they can sort out their mistake and give me a refund.

Downloaded fine for me now too. This problem was probably what 2.52 was all about. Good luck with the refund guys. Fortunately I've only ever downloaded free content.

I looked tonight at my account history, it shows I paid for one episode, but still not there to download. :ouch:
