Problem with Fanatec CS pedals on PC ?

I had been trying to check out the rFactor2 demo on my PC but can't seem to get my wheel and pedals to work properly on the PC.

CSR Elite with CS Pedals Windows 7 x64

I started with FW 757 and driver 1.44 was having issues with the pedals not working properly and also had a odd vibration issue when playing Forza with this FW

I just changed back to FW 721 and driver 115 and ran some tests. The problem I am having is that the throttle pedal is not working properly. When I pull up the properties on the PC I can see that all the buttons are working properly, the wheel rotation and center is fine, vibration and FFB is fine.

The throttle however shows the little blue graph at the mid point when not touching the pedal and as soon as it it touched even a little it goes to full. Both the brake and the clutch are working properly just the throttle has the issue.

I have the pedals connected directly to the wheel and have tried checking the check box for combined pedals but the problem is much worse with that checked and none of the pedals work properly.

Is there some issue with using the pedals connected to the wheel in PC mode?

I don't remember even having a cable to connect them via USB to the PC but I think you are supposed to be able to do that just not sure what I would need to do so or if that may be the issue here.

Any ideas?

I have had the same problems with the pedals connected to the usb on the computer. It happened twice and I just unplugged the pedals and plugged them back in and they worked.
