Problem with new thread

When trying to create a thread in the Computers and Webdesign forum, I am fronted with this

It shows up like this even when going to it from the forum listing.

I got something very similar while testing the search engine's capability on an old thread. If you click "next" it seems to do it, but if you select the actual page number (for threads with multi-pages), then it seemed to work.
