Problem with Precision pack cars installation

Hi,

I recently bought GT6 Anniversary edition and finally had the time to try it... I'm having problems with installing additional 5 cars from Precision pack (GT-R, R8, Vette, Tesla and Viper). Both codes for 20 Anniversary edition cars and Precision pack were accepted and i see 20 Anniversary edition cars in the game, but not 5 from Precision pack.

I tried to apply the code from the game and from PS Storem and there is no difference.

Also, Precision pack download is visible in playstation store and can be applied as many times as i want.

I also noticed in the PS3 game data utility that there are two GT6 entries, one is for precision pack key file, and one is for everything else, and I think that this is the problem.

I also tried clearing GT6 game cache inside the game and removing only the precision pack game data entry.

Anyone having any suggestions?
 
the game and psn are european. the precision pack is from a friend from germany, so it should be the same region, but i'm not 100% sure.

Yeah. Should work... Unless he gave it to you cause it's like an NTSC version or something , did you try and delete the key file ?
 
Do you mean from the game data utility? I tried to delete just the precision pack entry, but since I tried to apply it again, the second one poped up again...

Yeah I did , I really don't know anymore what to do now. All you can do is contact costumer service I think . Knowing Pd they will take ages :/

I'm just wondering, can I delete both game data entries and what happens if I do?
And is there anithing to do if the game and the code are from a different regions? I guess the code is now signed to my account, so I hope that there has to be a way to get it work.
 
Yes you can delete both, the game data is just the update and dlc, you just have to install the update + dlc again, so after you delete everything, try to install all the dlc first, and when you start the game again you will get a Message about the 1.04 update. DON' T DELETE YOUR SAVE DATA ;) And yes the code has to be for the European Version, when the precision pack dlc is downloaded, do you get installed message?

All you're car images may be missing next time you go to you're garage, but simply press Select all and choose update car images from the menu to the right. ;)
