Problem with the Big ben wireless headset

Hello all.
I got a headset for ps3 and phone and for some reason I can't get it to work with either. It's a big ben headset. It's simply called PS3 wireless headset.
I'm fallowing the instructions and the signal is not being picked up.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Are you setting it up in audio device settings in the XMB?
can you connect it via USB?

What's pairing mode?
You have to register the device first and that's where I have the trouble.
You can connect via USB but I can't get it to send out bluetooth signals when it's connected by USB.

I was thinking you could pair it by USB, like the sony one. In the instructions it will tell you how to pair it, usually you hold the power button down till you get a flashing light.

Yeah I got the flashing light like the instructions told me to, but the PS3 won't detect it. It's really :censored:ing me off.

I did what the instruction book told me but held it down for like 20 seconds and it finally worked.

That 20 seconds holding the button down worked immediatly:-)
