Problems with music dropping out?

I was wondering if anybody here has the problem of music not starting during a race? I have the US BD version and it seems to happen once in awhile. I also notice that I am not getting any of the US specific songs during the races (like the Weezer song). The weird thing is that I heard those songs at first, but now there is just silence every few races. I know a lot of you don't really like the music in this game, but I don't think its that bad and if anyone figured out a fix for this please share. Thanks!

EDIT: Im also experiencing some screen flashing. Its a split second, like someone is taking a photo with flash on. Its happening on tracks where there are no people around so I don't think its the spectators taking pictures. I guess I just want to know if anyone else is having these problems.
 
Just a bump for the weekend crowd. If anyone is having these problems at all please post, I just want to figure out if its my PS3 or the disk or something else. I've tried re-installing it and that didn't solve the problem.
 
They are errors in the game.

Just tell PD the bug and they will fix it in the next update.:)
 
I have PSN download version and have the same problems with music and misterious flash.
 
Im sorry to say this but Im glad I am not the only one (misery loves company:)). It seemed to start after I downloaded the update, I played it for awhile before I downloaded the update and everything was fine at first.

How do I go about voicing my complain to PD?
 
I'm right there with you on the music dropping out and the screen flashing. I thought I was just seeing things, good to know I'm not crazy.
 
I'm also having the same problems. I've got an 80gb US PS3. Just like you said I don't hear the US specific tracks. There's silence for some races. Unlike you though, I never heard the weezer track but I don't get the flashy lights either. A friend of mine also has the same problem on a 60gb. So I thought it was everyone. How do you get in touch with Sony or whoever. If any of you find a solution, please be sure to post it.
