Do I need to switch to the normal controller in order to take pictures? If so..what is the process? I try to get on my other controller but it won't let me control the camera.
You dont have to switch anything, just make sure you dont have your foot on any pedals and you should be able to use the controller. The controller will be in port 2, but it'll still work for the menus and picture taking.
try holding the PS button, then go to controller settings, then switch the controller to 1. Then just switch it back to 2 to control the steering wheel again.
Funny, I set my controller to 1, drive all around with my wheel, then take pics, etc and never have to switch it to 2. Lets me control any menus, etc with the controller if I want (which I often prefer)
