I can't tell if this means the races will be carried live on all of Racer's channels including Youtube or just live on the old MavTv channel and then later on Youtube.

I have zero hopes for live on YT, or even showing up on YT, at all. I expect it to be behind a pay wall.

I see it listed on Racer (former Mavtv) channel Sunday 8:30am ct and again at 11:15 am. They also show it on the mavtvgo app (racer+) but that is behind a paywall for $19.99 a month. The DTM opener is also on live this weekend on TV and app at 6:15 am Sat and Sun.

Given that I don't have cable (never had - if I remember the former buzz word correctly, this was the whole cord cutter thing, just I never had to do it :)), only the app would be there but at 20 bucks for a month... yeah, won't be watching either series. I actually saw some DTM free practice on YT live today, that's at least something.

There was a TC race at COTA. Only had ten cars between the two classes(five Hyundais, an Acura and BMW in one class and three Toyotas in the other).

Yeah, with the new ruleset the TC America grid became very small. As far as I can recall, it's actually a single class now with 25 minute races instead of 40. I liked the multiclass version better though. At least there's some interesting car mix with FWD (Hyundai, Acura), RWD (BMW) and AWD (GR Corolla) but nowhere near the TC France grid or the previous TC America lineup... I didn't realize that TC France has now JS2Rs, Ginettas plus your various FWD hot hatches.

Yeah, I was surprised there weren’t MINIs, Mazda3, Civics, Golf, etc. I guess since GR86 have their own One Make there’s no need to race in a multi-class series.

I found the BTCC YT stream using my Opera VPN and the DTM race is up on YT w/o having to do that. The Mavtvgo app is only good for watching archived races and other shows, anything current is $$$.

31 cars for the weekend(That I’ll miss again). What’s worse is I bought my tickets way ahead. Oh well, life happens.

Just checked the SRO channel, the typical stream overload for the weekend :) really appreciate SRO streaming their races, even if the timing for this weekend isn't always convenient on the US East Coast

Yeah, everyone are loving GT4 all over the globe.

Well, in that first Practice Session, the rookie(Hugo Allan) topped the sheets in the Tony Quinn Supra by 1.5 seconds. Would love for one of the Supras to win one this year.

GT4 is great, had the chance to see the Michelin Pilot Challenge race at Mid-Ohio last year. I'm partial to the Cayman but I do like the Supra, looks much better than the Z4 (and heresy, it looks better than any of the older gen Supras) - if only the GT4 version would sound like the M4 GT4 (G82, never seen the F82 IRL, no idea how it sounds), it's really muted (like the Aston, Merc or McLaren). It was good to see the Supra winning the Lone Star Enduro last week at COTA.

GT4 Qualifying 1&2 coming up in twenty minutes. Radical Australia qualifying have about five minutes to go.

Good battles throughout the classes. At least the field is big enough for the Amateurs to have fun at the bottom of the grid and more of the faster drivers mixing it up.

Great racing as usual in that series. I much prefer to watch it over GT4 America. Nice to see the Mustangs doing well too. And the Lotus in Race 2.
