So we are trying to figure out how to progress in arcade mode, and it doesn't seem to be working the same as it did in GT3. In fact, there isn't any place that I can find that tells how you are progressing. For those who have been unlocking cars and tracks, have you been doing it in arcade or simulation? Do the points even have any meaning at all in arcade mode?

I think it's still too early to tell. I read some posts a few hours ago and they don't seem to have a guess yet. But, if they do, I would like the hear them now please.

That's because you unlock tracks via the "special conditions hall" in GT mode. Gotta get your license to do it, I believe a license, or ib, not really sure. Just unlocked a lot of tracks an hour ago.

lol, I think it's just because some people haven't been paying attention. But as I stated above, they are unlocked in GT mode with the Special Conditions and Mission hall.

Ah, thanks :D

It looks as if you must race in simulation mode in order to unlock things in arcade mode, not just the "Special Conditions" hall, as was noted above. We got a track or two unlocked in arcade more just for winning the Sunday Cup in the beginner hall.

tracks gets unlocked as time goes by in GT mode

the arcade mode is totally useless, unless u just want to pick any stock car for a quick race
