Check out the top speed spec for the BMW 320 TC

First thing I noticed the other night when I got the DLC
A real bummer trying to tune the car to achieve top speed

I've been really looking forward to the BTCC BMW being released, so obviously my Thrustmonster t300rs has decided now is a good time to become very ill (got the 'keeps slamming to the right stop continuously on startup' fault and although I've found a workaround ... turning it all the way left before starting up ... which makes it usable but very light (and actually around a second a lap faster round Snetterton 300) I'd prefer to have the feeling back of wrestling the cars around, so although I'll be downloading it ASAP, I might leave it untried until Thrustmonster tech support sorts it out
That's exactly what happened to my first T300. Ended up sending it back and getting a replacement.

Looking forward to driving all the new cars tomorrow!

Now this is what I'm talking about. FINALLY! Some good DLC! Buying it right now. Can't wait to drive the Mustang GT and the 2002 :)

Man, the old Mustang is pure gold!! I absolutely adore it! The sound and how it handles :D Took in on the Azure coast. I really hope they release more street cars soon.
Easily the best car of the bunch. So much fun pushing it over the limit.

I really hate tracks like california highway, azure coast etc... totally out of the game logic. Really if i had an option i would delete them from my game. :)
Then by all means don't use them. I love those P2P tracks and wish we would have more. Cruisin' around those in historic or other road cars is awesome! Though I agree these tracks don't make a whole lot of sense if your favorite class is GT3/LMP/Formula.

Nice photos? How? The photomode is barebones, very lackluster in my opinion.

Seriously, if you do know how to make it work on consoles, may I suggest you to make a tutorial?
Nice in terms of background scenery. The Photo Mode is awful and getting nice shots is difficult and requires some luck. Cannot do a tutorial for that!

Going from DRIVECLUB to PCars for photos is a shock to the system. It is horribly tacked on.

That would be a pic from Solitude Rennstrecke or whatever it's called. Technically a race track, like an old Nurburgring style run. It was in the Beta for a while, very bare bones --- but nice. I think it may show up in the Historic track pack (or solo --- it's a lengthy track)

I suspect it will ship with that old Merc?

Solitude isn't in Scotland. Bannochbrae it is.

And bad racing. Looks like a useless "driving track" not a new racetrack we needed (Mugello where are you!?)
What's a "driving track"? :p (it's not a P2P track if that's what you're thinking of; it's a circuit)

As c172fccc says, this is Bannochbrae. A recreation and further development of Misty Loch from TD:FRL. It's a brilliant track IMO, and very good for close and challenging racing - think of it as a mini Nordschleife or a micro Targa Florio. Don't knock it until you've tried it :)
