A friend of mine just sent me these two pictures:

He can hack the cars in to the game but isn't smart enuf to hold the phone in landscape to take the pictures. :ouch:

I'm guessing, that going by the cycle, this is just a car expansion. So my guess is:

If you go to their on demand page it shows that it's another track/car pack DLC.
 
Sorry folks, I've had to delete the information and the pictures because the person / source doesn't really want 'em up here. He also wishes that none of the pictures (if someone saved them and wants to re-post them) should be posted again. Thanks.

That's a pretty huge pack right there. I'd imagine SMS splitting this into two DLCs for February and March each.
