Project Cars PS4 question

Can you play Project Cars without a Playstation Plus membership? I know some games, such as The Crew require a membership to be able to access all parts of the game. Just wondering if Project Cars is the same way? Thanks in advance

If you want online multiplayer than yes ,single player off line than no. It's not a MMO
