They posted a pic of the disc now.
They could still be lying about the MC12. It would be strange to do that for something that can be disproved so quick, but people are weird.

Yeah, bit weird, I'll wait for official confirmation. If it's the guy I think it is, his game has conveniently stopped working at a point where people were asking for proof.
