Ps 3 : ~ 500 $ !!!

Plasma TV's are trash man...seriously of all the TV's out, that would be the last I would even consider buying...

For a good PS3 experience, if you're really into "high def" look to spend around $3000 to $3500.

But what I'm trying to say that, although $500 looks like a bargain compared to a top spec PC, to get the most out of it, you're going to have to spend a hell of a lot of money on something that will take all that power.

So, taking tha cons example, that's up to $4000 inc console.

As I said, not much of a saving really.

TRASH!!!!!!!!! 🤬 I hope that's the last time I ever hear someone say that about a Plasma TV. Picture quality is INCREDIBLE. If you've only seen them in shops like Dixons or Currys for example, they never set them up properly. You need to be in a dark room, setup to what you like and play a DVD like Star Wars Attack of the Clones and gasp away!.

You were ripped off mate, I paid £260 for mine when it first came out.

👍 As I explained in an earlier post in this thread.....I thought I was worth it in the end because I can still use it today (plays PAL) here in good old Birmingham (yeah im in B'ham to!)

It was the launch day SCPH 10000 bought in Japan first of 1 thousand units released.........in a way its a collectors item........thats why it costed so much!

Well...it's still not worth the money.

But if that's what you have then it's a good setup, just be glad it was your dad who paid for it, because it's not worth the cash they charge, they are inferior display's to other forms of technology.

I'm waiting on a LCoS that has 1080p, then I'll shell out loads. As it stands now I have a DLP Samsung, and 1080i, but I'd like to move up
