PS2 Disc! - Please Help!!

I have the Sharkport, and like a huge dumbass, I stepped on the disc. I know, it shouldn't have been on the floor, but I was changing discs, didn't look, crack!

Is it possible to just get the PS2 disc? Of course, the PC software & USB cable are fine...
 
Contact Datel and tell them you bought a new 50001 PS2 and your xport won't work with it, and they should offer to send you a new xport disc, which will work for you.
 
I needed the PS2 disc as well, so I sent an e-mail to Datel. Here's the exact reply from "Tech Support" <Support@dateldesign.com>

You can send in a check or money order for $9.99 plus $2.00 for shipping and handling to the address below with a short letter explaining the problem and your return address and we can send a new disc to you.

Check my location. Now go back to my 1st post. Call or email datel and tell them exactly what I said above. That you have a Xport and that it doesn't work with your new PS2 model 50001 since you had to buy a new PS2 because your old one died or whatever. If they argue then reply back with your own argument. Something along the lines of how it isn't fair that you should have to pay for a new disc, its not your fault that it doesn't work. It says PS2 right on the thing. Its not like you have the reciept for it still and can't return it any longer. This is a common problem that occurred with the newer version PS2s so they are familier with it and have replaced many discs.
