I searched around but couldn't find anything that matched.

I'm interested in buying a cable that can connect my PS2 to my PC so I can play my games on my PC. Is it possible?

If so, can someone provide information for me.:)

If you have a audio/video capture card, you could hook up any analog A/V equipment to your computer, wheither it's a VCR, a DVD Player, an X-Box, PS2...or what ever else you would like to through at it. You will be limited to the 320x240 NTSC resolution though, so I'm not quite sure what the advantage would be, but that would do it for you. I have played my PS2 running through my DV Camera hooked up via firewire....., it works, but again your limited to the resolution output of the PS2.

Have fun....

You would need those cables ( or ones like them ) and hook them up to this device:

There are other mfg's of Caputre Cards, but this is one example from that particular website.

You may even be due for a new video card, in which case, check out ATI's ALL-IN-WONDER video card that has A/V capture and TV tuner built into it.

you should already have cables for the PS2. Those stock cables would be fine....so all you would need is the capture card.

Oh, then that's not so bad.:p Thanks again, I'll look into buying one this month or next month.

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder 9000pro, and I would recomend it to anyone. Great capturing quality, and it works like a PVR if you are so inclined to use it that way. It's $160, so it's not cheap, but it is well worth it IMHO.;)

dont dish leave out those wacky ps2 emulators!

yes there is one ps emu out there, pretty hard to use at times. you have to load cig bin boot directory and rom images into system cache, what? plays with great resolution.
