I am planning on taking my PS2 on a tour trip. It will be in my bag under the bus. Does the PS2 break if its under vibrations when the bus is driving? The bus ride is around 4 hours each way.(It will be used in the hotel) Anyone have one in there car or take theirs anywhere? I know not to leave a disk in there.........

Thanks, i need this information before tommorow.

Well as the answers ain't pilling in I'll add my 2 pence.

Just rap it in paper or something soft that will dampen any vibrations. Though I doubt it will be a problem, PS2 are fitted in plenty of cars.

I dunno how well that will work if they are Jeans and they are all tightly folded.

You could always create your own suspension kit for it over night :dopey:

Well my PS2 is one of the mighty ones, with the Blue Disc Read Error, LOL. If it messes up, sony should replace this, correct?(My PS2 has never been open)

I took my PS2 on a 5 hour (one way) bus ride, and she worked perfectly in the motel. You shouldn't have a problem. Guess who's room the party was in? :sly:

My PS2 has been on a plane and back 6x13 hour journeys in check in luggage and has hit the back of a car seat when my mate decided to do and emergency stop!!!!!........its fine!!! lol

But I would recommend wrapping it in something.....

Im staying in a Holiday Inn, and im wondering if they have video and audio inputs, do you guys know? Should i bring my adapter thing?

Do you have aerial sockets in the US? Your splitter box is most likely to work, depends how new the TVs are (Scart, YeReWh).

One of the guys in my room was smart enough to bring his adapter. If you have one, bring it. If you don't, buy one. Nothing worse than bringing your PS2 and not being able to use it. Bring movies, too. I gets kinda boring for the other people in the room if only 2 people are playing.

Most hotels have it so you can't hook anything up to the TV and if you do it sends some signal down to the front desk. I remember when I was on a robotics team way back when I brought my PS3 and the hotel people get pissed I tried to hook it up to the tv. Just a warning.

But it will be fine if you pack it right.
