PS2 Versions...

Well, what I'm asking is that if my mum gets me an NTSC version of a game (just a disc), will it be able to work on my PAL PS2 console? Thanks in advance again.

EDIT: I may need a chip, if so, would you know any sites? Sorry about all these questions...

Yes, if you want to play a PAL game on an NTSC system, you need a mod chip. I can't give out any links here because most of those sites deal with illegal copies of discs also, etc. You can do a search for PS2 mod chips and get a bunch of sites to buy from.
