PS3 5.1 Sound through PC Card

I am trying to find a PC card (relatively cheap) that has a SPDIF IN/OUT. More important is that it has a decoder, which can decode and pass on the 5.1 surround sound to output rather than 2.1 like many available sound cards do. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It will be interesting to know if there are any decoders, which can seperate out the 5.1 audio signal on HDMI and output to analog speaker system.

I am looking for some one who is actually using a card to output PS3 5.1 signal to their analog system. As far as I am aware Creative have limited the DTS decoding functionality on many cards for some licensing reasons and people can just manage 2.1 when using SPDIF input. But still there are are cards, which can work as they should. Question is which one exactly?
