PS3 compatibility

If you aren't sure about winLAME, you can try Audacity. You must download the LAME MP3 (plugin), inorder to export MP3s, but that's described here.

I can assure you, Audacity is safe to use, and download (from SourceForge at least) - and same for the LAME plugin ;).

Used Winlame and successfully converted my music files of my phone onto my PS3.Only when I play GT5 the music files won't play on my playlist, other music will but the stuff of my phone I converted won't.
Any help.

Are you saying, that it's only the converted files, that aren't playing? Try using a site like Zamzar on your computer, and convert the WAV(E) (original) file to MP3, then put it on a USB and transfer it to your PlayStation. It should work.

Yes.
I did the exact same thing with Winlame.

I think winLAME, might have a different setting - which the PS3 can't read - without knowing, of course.

They should be playable, if you can play them in the XMB.

And, just to be sure, have you enabled the User-music in the GT-settings?

Yes I did enable music in GT5 I added the music off my phone to my playlist and all the music on it plays on GT apart from the music off my phone.
EDIT:I think it's coz my PS3 thinks my music has been 'fraudulently copied'.
