[PS3]Grand Theft Auto V - Role Play Events

I'll quickly make a short summary before I forget the details. I'll update when I get time

RP Summary - Kenton Outway:

  • Bored and slightly worried about going back in prison due to mushroom soup, Kenton attempts to pursue a legit career
  • He jacks a tour bus and starts up his own Tour company
  • After many fails in trying to get people to hop on, Dmitry finally calls up for a ride (though the phone call scared Kenton as he didn't know there was a phone in the bus
  • Shortly after picking Dmitry up, an idiotic driver in a Weeny rams Kenton. As per natural habit, he pursues the driver, traps him, drags the driver out and stabs him. He declares the corpse exhibit 1, as Kenton believed it was beautiful enough to qualify
  • Naturally, cops pursue the tour bus. Dmitry questions the tour but Kenton replies that this happens all the time. The tour bus is immobilised as all four tyres get punctured
  • A nearby ambulance comes to the scene, rear ends another car and the passenger dies. After stabbing the driver, Kenton decides to become a paramedic driver "Kenton Style" with Dmitry hopping along.
  • Kenton weaves and smashes into oncoming traffic, annoying him as he expected them to get out of the way. Reaching the distress call at the pier, he plows through a crowd in order to get to the scene quickly. He is too late however and runs over one more pedestrian. Dmitry believed that Kenton saved the people from committing suicide.
Final comments by GT:

Hm. Slighty disappointed that the tour was cut short. I'm pretty sure Kenton wanted to show more things had it not been for the punctures. Might want to get a clean tour at some point.

Still trying to get my new characters bio done. But I'm still gonna use my character that I have right now till I get finished with my new character

I'm getting pretty annoyed with the amount of invite requests when people disconnect. If you're constantly disconnecting, please accept the fact that you can't connect at the moment and join next time. I don't want to spend my entire time inviting people who have dial-up and/or Rockstar's netsplits.

From what I've seen, R* servers have been incredibly sporadic for everyone recently.

Also, won't be joining any events until Monday, I'm up in Scotland right now.

Job/Career/Source: Truck Driver

Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals):

When Jacob was a kid, he loved Trucks, he used to go out every day with his camara and go out truckspotting, taking photos of trucks going past delivering things then hanging his photos up at home. He always dreamt of being a truck driver, so when he left education, he became a truck mechanic so he could work on them until he was the legal age to get his truck license, even working on trucks made him happy. He used to go down to Cluckin' Bell at lunch with some work colleges to get Chicken Nuggets (which he loved). He used the money earned and his skills to start work on getting his garage set up, which he was planning to fill with classic cars and Muscle cars.

When the time came he got his truck license, and spent some of his saving on a new Phantom truck, where he got a job down at the docks hauling stuff around Los Santos. Most of his work is taking stuff from Paleto Bay to the docks, back from the docks to Paleto Bay. He has a small 6 Car garage, which he is slowly filling with his dream cars, currently in said garage are a Black Warrener, Green Sabre GT, A Dark Blue Glendale, Blue Sports bike, A (colour not yet dicided) Picador and a Grey Bobcat for personal towing use. He Currently enjoys his life, his Job is his dream jobs, he has his dream cars, his apartment is good, not the best but it does the job.

Personality (Angry, depressed, obsessive, etc): He is a calm guy, but if anything happens to his truck or cars, he can lose temper quickly.
Vehicle: Various from garage, mainly the Warrener, Picador or Sabre.

Really need to get back into these events, I miss them. Very sorry I have not been able to make these, I'm out during the day alot lately. But not forever, I'll be able to join soon enough :) [Just letting you know]
 
I won't be attending. The lobby is scheduled for 2 am and I have to get up at 6 am for work. It's completely understandable, though. You will have that with timezone differences country wide. No big deal. I'll just try for the next one :)
 
That's 6:00 AM where I am - I'll be able to make the next 2 scheduled events but not this one.

Maybe it would be a good idea to hire some more moderators? It's looking like the RP is wearing a bit thin again due to a lack of events.
 
Time constraints are a big issue, I know I haven't even bothered to look at the schedule due to the fact that I've been extremely busy recently.
 
@Pinkintron may you please just throw me down in the queue as I am really few and far between the events I can make. I want there to be a space for a more able member to have room priority over me so they don't miss out.

I have a few friends who have been in it for a while so they will also be able to keep me in check if any mistakes are made.

Job/Career/Money Source: Jay Suprano’s main occupation is an ICT technician who works for various banks, specialising in technology maintenance. He is also friends with the mechanic who works in Beekers Garage and often helps him (part time) to work on customer cars. This includes fitting parts, test driving cars and also car deliveries. Jay receives a cut of the customer pay when he helps out.

Bio: Jay Suprano is a young man who was born in a part African, part Caribbean family. He only lived with his mum, so without similarly aged siblings at home with him, he spent a lot of time home, on video games. Due to this, he found his interest in cars and technology. He wanted to follow this. He did decently well in school, achieving the grades needed to reach the college of choice. After college, he joined an apprenticeship scheme with an ICT company and progressed to getting a full time contract with the company. Since then, his skills have been asked for all over the area. His main interests have always been cars, motorsport and ICT, so he spends a lot of his spare time working on his cars and also decided to follow a dream career of working around technology. He enjoys the income he gets by working on his cars and also having group meet-ups and cruises in his free time. He enjoys showing off the earnings of his hard work by regularly driving the car of his dreams, including making himself noticed with a certain level of reckless driving. He has some contacts who live differently, and occasionally ask him for some favours which the police shouldn’t know about.

Personality: Jay Suprano is a very generous person who tries to stay as positive as possible show appreciation to the friends who he’s had since early days. He doesn’t like unnecessary drama or arguments, and he tries to have a more laid back life style about himself. However, when it comes to work, he puts all the effort in, to get the best possible outcomes. He has also been through a lot of family and friend problems, but he tries hard to stay motivated.

Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals):
-He was born and raised in Los Santos and lived in east los santos.
-His father died when he was 10 and his mother took care of him.
-He met a girl named Emma at school when he was 18
-He spent some years in the police department where he learned how to use a gun properly, but he left it because he didn't find the job interesing.
-He got married with Emma when he was 23 and had kids, the boy is 10 and named Marco and the girl is 8 and its named Lucie.
-Emma is a housewive, they lived in an apartment at Weazel plaza.
-At 27, he found interest on flying planes, so he went to the flight school and two years later got a flying license.
-Started working for Martin Madrazo 2 years later, as personal pilot and made a lot of money
-He got divorced after his wife found out he was working for Martin Madrazo, his family moved out to a house in north Los Santos.
-After a job went wrong, Madrazo proposed to spare his life if he gave him all of his money he accepted and lost all of his savings.
-4 years later, Hes working as a prívate jet pilot, but hes still looking for more ways to make money, as he wants to give his kids the opportunities he never had.
-He has a contact at Pegasus that can provide vehicules for some jobs.
Personality: Takes his Job seriously, will do anything for his family and friends, likes to smoke and drink, will search for opportunities to make money.
Vehicle: Vapid Stanier, likes trucks and SUV, owns a luxor jet.

Yeah, as said above, Pinkintron isn't going to be back until July 7th/8th, but I'd say you need to put more work into your application. Three lines of a bio just isn't going to cut it. You need more details. Y'know, stuff like family, how he became a private jet pilot, etc. Just my advice :)
