I think many people who join this website are under the (mistaken) impression we have some sort of official tie to Sony and/or PD. We don't have one, which is why we don't have a Home space.
As Slip mentioned, there is unfortunately no way to establish a GTPlanet space in Home. I do own the GTPlanet "club" in Home, but considering Home's limit of 32 club members and impossible club management interface, it's unfortunately worthless.
