DriftsterWell...I've stacked up the pro's and the cons...
And so far..
If you buy a Ps3...
Your parents will hate you
De BolleBoth the Xbox and PS3 suck because as usual it will be launched in Europe after Japan and US.![]()
It's time us Europeans make our own console!! And let's make it PAL only!!!!
code_kevIn all fairness, Ghost Recon 3 looks really good, and you can't really comment on it's "suckiness" until you played it.
code_kevAhh you obviously don't like decent games!
Abit off topic, I personally enjoyed them, as did about 3 kerzillion other games. Halo 1 infulenced FPS games more then you could ever imagine.
code_kevWell it's a matter of opinion. None for you, quite a few for myself. Ninja Gaiden imo made it worth it, quite possibly the best game of this generation. Infact I struggle to think of a PS2 game to match it, though Gods of War is meant to be just as UBER (if abit short if I remember), but I aint played that yet. OFC this is where you pretend that NG is crap. ARF ARF!
code_kevWell there's nothing that special about it, nor is there anything special about the ps2. Don't like it? Sell it, buy something else.
Drifsterok..If you don't play FPS's..
Ninja Gaiden
The Star wars Series - Hardly great games aside from KOTOR.
Jade Empire - Agreed
Forza - Debateable...just not my style
PGR - Awesome Arcade Racer
Mercinaries - Multiplatform IIRC
The Street Series - Originated on PS, also multi platform
The Madden Series and 2K series - Multiplatform
Fight Night - Originated on PS, also multi platform
Tony Hawk Series - Originated on PS, also multi platform
Ralli Sport Challenge
Why try to prove a point about the "great games that make xbox worth it" and only present games that are available on every console, or come out on PS2 first anyway? Or series that BEGAN on the PS2 and got their popularity from the Sony fanbase? DMC is still not "easy"...stop playing it on "easy" and you'll understand. You haven't beaten it on Dante Must Die, so I take what you say about it with a grain of salt, rookie.
DriftsterSince when was this discussion about "what games make the xbox worth buying IF you already own a Ps2"?????
I don't remember the last part of that phrase ever being brought up...
Because the same exact thing can be said for the Ps2..
If I have a x box..Why would I go out and spend 200 dollars on something if I can already get it....
As for you and your DMD.....that isn't called being a rookie, that's called I have enough of a life to not sit through the same game a dozen times so I can nerd it up and say "i beat it on the highest difficulty"
tha_conNo, the fact is DMD is hard. Easy is Easy.
Hard is difficlut. Normal is in between. But only Easy is "easy"
DriftsterActually..reffering back to my save card..
I beat it on DMD...it was Super Dante that I didn't bother sitting through....
So there goes your rookie gesture..
Driftsteralright..You fly yourself to PHX arizona...And I'll pop in my copy of Devil May Crap....And I'll show you my save......Then I'll show you how the entire game revolves off of patterns....
And then i'll laugh in your face and kick you out of my house..
tha_conI'm sorry I'm speaking more specifically about Devil May Cry 3, to clarify.
And you prove your self right with the no patterns, them not attacking at close range is not a pattern, it is a situation.
the enemies being too retarded (on easy) to avoid arial attacks, not a pattern. It's the AI being unintelligent.
Kev you haven't played it, but even the original DMC wasn't a walk in the park on the hardest difficulty.
If you went through 2 controllers, drifster, you have aggression issues.
MYSELFI went through 2 controllers from all button mashing...but...it's done...whoopidee do.
code_kevI just bought DMC 3. Umm it is actually pretty bloody difficult! I mean HA EASY EASY EASY!
You know what else I recommend is God of War Code
code_kevYoung_Warrior, and what would you know about games? Obviously nothing.
