PS4 Private Server Hosting Question

So I've looked into the private server options available for ACC on PS4 and it looks like the only way is to rent a server from a third party. What I want to know is if anyone has any idea if it is possible to set up and host my own server for ACC on PS4 like you can for the PC version. My internet is more than capable of hosting a server but I just don't know if it's even possible to do it for PS4. The main reason is because I have a few relatives who are getting this game to race with me and I want to have the ability to set up a lobby to start showing them the ropes of ACC. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Haven't looked much into it but have not heard of anyone being able to host their own private server, I think they all have to go through g-portal or nitrado.

Alternatively you might just be able to find an empty public server to join together, just night have to put up with a few randoms now and then
