why does every hatchback i photoshop turn into some weird EG or EK hybrid looking thing?

i seriously need to change my style

u guys are all really good. I only just started using Photoshop. How do you do those colour blends like in Epic's and Steviemo's?

I did it by selecting the body of the car, than creating a new layer and just filled it with a gradient and chose Hard Light as the layers effect and moved the opacity down until I felt it was a good shade.

I have lost all inspiration for this one... I had great ideas, but it's either not going as planned, or it's too hard to do. Simplicity rules, as they say, so don't expect anything stellar from me.

Here's my contribution. Not radical enough of a change to win but I've not been doing this more than a couple of days and I just wanted to try and keep everything as neat as possible. Lowering the car was the hard part.

It doesn't look to dark, maybe just a little lighter would enhance the look.. But I think it looks fine how it is

the original left front tire is still on the bumper..

I think it was made like that, actually.

Now that i look at it, there's a slight color difference between the front bumper and the rest of the car... back to the drawing board!
