Week 5 is here, lets see how this will go.

Here are the rules:

- Make it a race car (obviously). You can do what you want with it, but keep it a (car name here). Race cars have sponsers (at least the company sponser), and remember, a race car, not a ricer.

- Put it into a racing environment or at least a moving environment, by changing the background or making your own by putting things in the background to make it look different.

- At least put some work into it. I dont want to see: "Here is my 10 minute chop :trouble:" or "My pathetic attemp :p". If your not going to at least put some work into it, dont even bother at all. If a majority of people suspect that there was not much work put into the entry, it will not be posted on the poll. So if you think that someone did not try hard enough, speak up.

- When you post your final entry, put, "Final Entry" in red letters in your post so I know its your final. It makes it easier for me to put the right ones on the polls.


This weeks car is a Cheverolet Corvette ZO6.
If you have any suggestions for a car on the competition, feel free to PM me.

nice, palm. I have had good experiences with chopping vettes (: so Ill get into this one rite now. Im already seein it :D

the blower on top of all looks lame. you have to change the wheels for some slicks if you're gonna do a dragster.

OOOK, here is mine!!! went ALL sick with this one. I wanted to do that with the vette we chopped in the weekly comp (when I made the front view of the le-mans car) but only till now I have finally made this true. one seat, full turbine action. background is off some Avenger jet car photo, and wing is off a top fueler. slicks are also off a top fueler. enjoy it :D and imagine you are there!!!!

lol..... Cano wouldn't the thrusters have to point at an angle to prevent the car from turning because the turbine jet engine isn't in the read centre of the car?
 
The back wheel looks like it'd just poke into the top bit of the car...:p And the turbine...is that on the side? Looks nice though.

the turbine is in the exact center of the car. stock width proportions of the vette remained, and the turbine is in place of the hood poke. that is why the cabin is a single seater. about the rear tires, yeah, I know, but. hey, Im lazy too :D maybe ill have some fender flares on the car, but thatll be later... and, MAYBE

Cano, that's aweosme, excpt the wheel, and the wing looks a tad crooked and..... nvm:O

WAY OF COURSE!!! Im an ABSOLUTE fan of hot wheels :D so yeah, that might give some hw designa certain appeal :D and yes, the wing is a bit crooky, but, as I said, im lazzy :D and I made it look better, because it was EVEN MORE out of angle -_-

I'm proud of myself. Nothing major, really. I just realized that I forgot to put a driver in it but whatever. :p

It needs to be a RACE CAR that is racing, not just a car racing...

HOLD ON DUDE.
Im NOT a lover of flames in ALL cars, as your mercedes. Im a lover of flames on cars that look good with flames on them. we are speaking hot rods here, not sporty imports and european sedans and neither new american ones. flames stopped to be acceptable on an american car by 1965-70. from there on, flames in a car are NO-NOs with a few hot rodding exceptions. but, in a mercedes? COME ON DUDE!!!
and if this vette has flames, its because its a DRAG CAR. it RACES. your mercedes was an utter piece of rice, with a flame DECAL (hideous flame decal) in a new STREET car.

I suck too much to actually enter a competition, so I just hover in the background doing stupid ****.

I might get something done, I doubt it though :lol:
 
Okay, I finishing mine up. I added some sponsors and now need a good wing and a good racetrack pic.

its too blurred dude. take out a step or two of the movement filter.
