Minorke: Too different from the original imo. Looses it's appeal to me. Very good chop, don't get me worng, but i'm not a fan tiny women driving strange vehicles!

Cano: <-------- My vote. Sweet as always bro 👍

anyway, here is mine. I dont think its gonna get any votes. its hard to get. parts come from a 58 impala and a 67 riviera. everything else is custom made. oh, the wheels and tires come from a primered model A pickup. here:

Definatly got my vote, has the merc look to it...

they are my kind of cars dude, have been a hot rodder for... well. all my "car life", and that morris of yours sounds really nice  you have any pics? come on, I want (:

and thanks everyone for the complimments. at least it will have votes (:
and yes, there are LOTS of little mistakes of it (as noted by Toyo) but... you know... im lazy -__-

hey chaser, I dont know... it looks weird. and Im not talking about the fascias (I know where those come from, I've toon-drawn THAT exact same picture of the twin turbo AMG, you have seen it), but im talking about the rear. the higher rearend and the top fixture just look weird. why dot you try to do a two-door hardtop? I thin it would use much better that kind of rear end styling. the top looks too close to the rearend. hehe, hope I explained my self well enough, and that it hleps in some way.

Cano

I LOVE the front treatment. SO subtle, yet so mercedes , and it makes it look MEAN!

i will go ahead and make this my FINAL ENTRY , It took a lot of time. still not satisfied wih the smoke and fire, had it looking so much better, then i... well you know... forgot to save it, so i had to try and redo it, but i think it still looks good.

Chaser: I like yours, very subtle changes make it realistic.

Cobbinator: Good job color changing, even tho thats all you did other than the rims. i assume you jsut start out? good job.👍

Minorke: Way to change a Mercedes into a Mustang looking thing. Yes i know its an Escalade, but it kinda gives a Mustang vibe with the body work he used. I like it, but its way different from the original so its hard to appreciate what you did. :odd:

Cano: Now thats something i would drive. very old school look, looks like its right out of a movie from the 1950's trying to guess what 2004 will look like

Toyomatt: Sorry bud, but this is IMO the worst looking Benz i have seen on here. Like the rims, but that front bumper and sideskirt have some problems. and the chop top is way low for real life.

Drifterzzz: I like your work. the Convertible is very well done and it goes along with the flawless background change. :D

Rockzilla: I like it, its a littel dark, but very well done!

PunkROck: Wheres yours??

Edit: Just a few spelling errors fixed... I can't type

Well, it's no biggy bluebanana, I never win anyways. I could have the best piece here and yet still lose to someone who can win a popularity contest. That's why I really don't care if I win or lose, I just do it to spite people. 👍

Yeah, I also lowered it. Part of the reason I did so little is that (a) I will have almost no time to chop this week and (b) because of that, I went for a look that could be attained in real life.

I actually got a couple of ideas this week so here's my chop.

Haha! Uncanny! I was just experimenting with putting those exact same exhausts from the old Benz in the exact same place on the 'S', but you pulled it off way better than me  Nice one!

hahaha, cool. Im voting that thing.
and, chaser... another tip, I think the proportions of your car would get way better if you moved the entire rear wheelwell a little up to the front. wheel and tire included of course XD

I think that I let myself down with that black Benz that I did. I was never happy with it and it was too rough to say the least. So, I've been working on a much cleaner version of the ol' 'S'.

Sorry about this, PR. I know I havn't exactly stuck to your new posting regs.

Hope you like it...

Wowzers, chaser, great entry! (I think you know how much of an improvement this one is over the black one) Silver is very becoming on that car.

Well, I have 2 votes now, chaser and cano.

EDIT: only thing is, those rims look kinda flat? could you not find any deep-dish?

Thanks for the potential vote, Skip! But the wheels. What can I say? I'm crap at doing wheels. I really need to practice. That rear wheel also looks like it has way too much camber. I'll have to leave it as it is though, as I don't have time or access to Photoshop before the deadline. Unfortunately, Saturday is a working day here at Chaser Towers!

nice modernization dude!! but I'll tell you what. if you dechrome the entire car EXCEPT for the bumpers and the grille, It will be a real blast. the chrome stripes in the sides, make them black, as well as the windshield and doors marqs. make it like the glass is flush-fit instead of being surrounded by a strip of chrome. trust me, it does the trick. also, you need to change those wheels dude. the model is ok, but they look REAL flat. hey, how abpout a set of big-inch Borrani wires in there? (:

Cano

now there is my other vote.

Eeehhh, tomorrow morning... :irked:

If anyone has an entry they want to include, you've got all night to do so. I'm too tired to set the poll up, and we don't have that many entries...

Phewww! That's a relief. With invaluable advice from Cano, I found some time to update mine. Again, sorry PR. Won't happen again ;)
