Just tried to login & I keep getting the error message. Anyone else having problems?

PSN IS BACK ONLINE

I was online about 10 minutes ago and it was fine.
 
I'm getting the 8071053d error...
 
Oh, and I can't login to the blog.playstation site either...

Yep, It's the 3.73 update. Just downloaded it, thanks for mentioning.

And ofcourse GT5 keeps trolling us with 'Do you want to login to PSN' spam all the time.

EDIT: Wait a second.. Wasn't the previous update not 3.73 too?

Yeah mate sure am,am getting the error code 8071053D and I've done all the restart router nonsense and still the same wits going on with it????

That's the odd thing, I already have 3.73....and it's still not logging in. Just sent them a tweet, see if they post an update.

Yeah maybe It's just to update the 3.73 version.. Still sounds weird tbh :D

Yeah i have the same error code too... Update V. 3.73 was a optional update (meaning it won't stop you for getting online if you had it or didn't) it came out almost a month ago... But i had already done it too.. Also same problem when i go onto the PC SITE.. If it isn't up by the time SONY'S TECH SUPPORT opens i am just going to call..
 
I'm not to fused about it atm but im doing a race on F1 2011 at 5pm & I just want it back before then.

I hope they have a valid reason for this, also can people post anything new they find.

Ok well i just tried to log in again and it didn't give a error code but it said "playstation network is currently down for maintenance"
 
Yeah Im doing F1 2011 aswell. No problem for me.

I'm getting the 8071053D error message as well.
 
Well i will try like every 20mins and if it comes up i will be sure to post on here to let you guys know
