PSP memory stick duo

I just got my PSP deluxe package tonight(its my b-day) and i remember reading somewhere that when you goto add things like music and videos to the memory stick you need to make a special file and and name for each track and movie does anyone know the steps/file name and folder names i need to make

yes but i still have to format it...how do i do that?

To format it on your PSP, go to settings then system settings, press X. Then scroll down to Format Memory Stick, press X, and select Yes to confirm that you want to format it. The PSP will display "Format Completed" when its done.

i didnt have to format it i bought a usb cable for it and used the drag and drop software and im done
