Thats very true. My dad had goat herpes before. The cats in the barn all had it too. And i'm pretty sure AIDS can be transmitted from animal to person.
 
You shouldn't be worrying about cat/dog hybrids. It's the guinea pig hybrids which worry me.

That means she does go out and it's probably only through sheer luck she hasn't fallen pregnant yet. When she comes into season, she'll be driving all of the boy cats in the neighbourhood absolutely bonkers. It only takes the time from the house to the end of the driveway for her to get pregnant!!

Don't spill a load of crap about "not being able to afford to have her spayed". Do you know how many unwanted cats and kittens are abandoned each year? You're irresponsible and my comment about you (or whoever is responsible for the cat) being an idiot still stands.

It's contingent. She didn't say "You're an idiot.". She said "If (something idiotic) then you're an idiot."


Besides, he asked if cats and dogs can interbreed. I think the term might be offensive to idiots.

Don't Worry, she's getting spayed. And I'll admit it myself, I can be stingy, irresponsible and selfish. When I was buying my Colt, I asked on this forum for advice on cars, and then I complained :@ :(
It seems to me like your an animal person and you probably know better than I ever will.

Right, now for updates! According to my grandmother (89) you can haggle for anything. So I'll see if I can haggle in the Vet's room. The Dog is having his nethers confiscated. The Cat is being spayed in two weeks. Until then...

That's good news, you don't want to end up with 20 cats. Also, cats behave way more epic when they're spayed. Women don't even make it out of bed before they get pregnant, but it's not our fault women are so beautiful :p
 
I thought it was generally best for pets to have these surgerys at about 6 months or so in life. I would think there's a good chance that their temperment is going to change.

Just to avoid them getting out and pregnant at an early age. Male cats will already leave their homes at an age of 1 just to find other female cats. Chances aren't that noticeable either. Some claim especially male cats to spray way more around in the house, and get more wild and angry, but it's complete rubbish. Our female cat got more independent from the males, she's always by herself and doesn't seem to care for the other ones. She also grows very slowly, and remains a cute little kitten, even though she's a year old at the moment. Our male cats have ecome incredibly lazy, one has gotten really fat, and the males are always around each other, roaming the garden outside like gang members. While our female cat has become more busy with herself, the males turned into teddybears. They're always around us, instead of going out the whole time. Neutered male cats are full of epic win!

well, i'd say you were the weirdo. all of that crap made it depressing.even my cat would watch and was thinking "god, if that was me, i'd try to sneak my way into a blender.".
