Yeah we do actually, 12 per field so two divisions, but there's nothing wrong with being in D2 👍

btw I think it's beautiful to see four major active PURE series all at the top of this forum (five if you count WSGTC), so proud :_;

Don't forget that D2 is a different time slot in this series, not the division with the slower cars. ;)

I can't go more than 6 months without thinking what car I want next, though the family makes it tough to change as often. My current car (A6) is my favorite but the Trans Am could've been awesome if I had the time and money to put into it.

15 would be max, since I'm hosting the races and running everything. So technically one more spot in each room.

Yeah, it was a boxy land yacht with a thirsty V8 and plush velour couches for bench seats. Maybe a 10 hooker trunk behind a landau roof. All riding on 15" wire wheels. So yeah, people donk those things now. It was like a Caprice went to Pimp school.

The stock photo on wikipedia is actually a dead-ringer for mine.

That's the one that lasted one summer. The transmission had seen too much speed boat hauling by my Grandfather before I got $500 into it. Actually made money on the salvage though... 👍

Had two different Built Fox Body Mustangs Vortech Supercharged One was a rocket other was quick. Crazy. Both same color. 89 and 91. Neither got tracked when fast. Fastest pass was bolt ons and 125 shot. 12.4 @ 112.

1995 Firehawk 13.2@107 with little bolt ons

1988 Iroc Z 406 ci SBC AFR alloy heads and a 9" Car was serious and all motor. Def an 11 sec car.

1996 Z28 Cam and Spray 11.01@122

Current: 2003 Evo goal 10.99 on Reg 18" street tires. Trap speeds 125-130 depending how hard I boost it and lean on tune. Drive there and drive home. Prob have kids with me. Just your average Real 10 second Street Car. Maybe next year get into some left right. Or sell it and get into karting. Got two sons.

Had some pretty fun cars. Evo is by far the best all around car. Should be fastest My cars have to hook. AWD allows for reg street tires and still get a good hook.

Just a question: is the GT5 online bug is fixed for 14 drivers in the room?
 
We need to test it, but the new update said something about fixing something to make the online play better, so we'll see....
 
Hey, my son has a basketball game @ 3 on Saturday so I'm going to miss the preseason race but I still want to qualify to see where I stack up this season.

Nothing's changed quite yet. It's almost like it depends on the day Will. We'll see if the next patch coming today/tomorrow does anything.

14's do able I guess. But that's also a big reason we're running a major pre-eason race this season (FMSC's never had one before iirc).

But yeah I completely forgot about D2 when referring to a second field of drivers per raceday :D
and the max # of drivers per field D:

In the GT5 main forum, they are also up as the update was tonight. Most of us have already downloaded it. :)

Maybe tomorrow night after the 86 race, either that or Wednesday. Might try to get a little more practice in.
 
Oh awesome, it's always a nice earlier than expected surprise for us on the Western Hemisphere since they mean Feb. 7th Japan time :D

This excited me:

- Improved the performance of online races to provide a better racing experience. However, please note that using voice chat by 12 or more players can reduce screen refresh intervals.

So it looks like 14 should be solid. This Saturday's race will be a great test of their supposed fix. All the stars are aligning.

Especially love that part about voice chat, thanks PD we never use it ;)👍

I was in my lounge with a few others and to be honest, it handled... nicer. Not necessarily faster but for once, everything felt crisp.
 
Cool, I'm gonna hit up some random lobby races right now to test the new patch and melt some faces.
 
Were races about an hour long last season? I hope they were because then it should most probably be a 1 stopper for every race. :)

I'll be up for some practice later on if anyone makes a room.

Then just wait till you plateau in times and can consistently hit your best time by lap three. Deadline's not till Friday.
