I'm sorry guys. PURE finished later than I expected (Monaco produces long races, and we started a bit late) so I don't think I'm ready to join, to be honest!

Have a fun race, and see you next week!

It'll likely start around 4:15/4:30 anyway.

Won't make it anyway, TV isn't free. 4 is too early to try to race in my house. Thought I might pull it off but it's not going to work. I'll probably have to drop out of this series.

Room is full, but we have not started yet. Nissen is waiting. If there are more we should probably split rooms.

Got grip glitch. Picture was kind of wobbling back and forth, almost got seasick. Did what felt like a fast lap, got 1.54.

And got dirty punted. Oh well.

Couldn't make it in time either, I reall suck these past few weeks :(

Got punted a couple of times on lap 1. Some of you guys really need to take it easy.

Yeah, got a psn message from A1-242. His car went from doing 47s in practice to 55s in the race.

Toyotsupra and green both disconnected at the same time.

That's bell **** that is

Edit: did we notice any lags people?

I had to go. Just hope the actual season races start on time.:nervous:

I pushed you once coming out of the hairpin caused by lag, framerate issues and me being unaware of different gear setups(?). I let you in front of me and you didn't lose any position.. but you backed off instead. At least it seemed that way. I got hit multiple times too, but most of the time the drivers gave back the position. I'm fine with that as long as it's not a crash fest.

How many in the room?
If more then 11-12, I can't say I'm surprised at all.

At least for now, you just can't do more then a 12 car grid, ever.

Can't believe the battle that was going on at the front I think the tires have made a bigggg difference in terms of racing against one another...

We had 11 in Pure today, pretty smooth sailing overall. I think I got some lag/bug stuff here and there when following other cars, but nothing race changing really. (guess it couldn't have hurt me to much :D )

Yeah, I noticed you. Acked off, but I wanted to let you guys go as I had no business being in front of you in the first place, only to get blasted in the back by someone. I was off the racing line, too.

I was literally out of control for that entire sector after that hit, tryin to keep it from spinning, and trying to avoid everyone else.

And Mr. Consistency himself wins. Outlaw in 2nd, Grayfox (!) in 3rd.

good it was a practice race lol, but i dont know if was because i hit mule but my lap times were above 50's in my first stint with RM, after my pitstop i change to RH n my laps were 54, 53, 52, 52, 51.... Everything went normal after my second pitstop n did a 48. Weird. Or was shoked by the hit...

Looking at the replay and the same guy who punted me also punted Grayfox and Cicua....

Never have any position back, either. 👎

You probably had the same problem as most other people; everyone was slower until Toyot and Green disconnected.

yeah I was lagging so bad don't know why everything seemed fine until the race started, then I found it really hard to tell how close cars where they kept braking dead sudden then jumping forward so couldn't really get close to anyone. I was running really slow aswell and felt like I had no grip sometimes.. probably me disconnecting was for the best lol :(

My Sunday line-up for races didn't exactly work this well, both races spoiled by lag.

At the start of the race, I think people were way too confident of their braking distances and passing skills. I was punted, then flat out knocked off the track.

Then when I got back on track, I realized I couldn't even match my worst lap times, and the car handled like there was something broken in the wheel.

Then, when Green and Toyota disconnected, that seemed to fix it. Got back to running laps in the 47 second range.

Great race, RT. Sadly, the only time I got to swap positions with you was after the finish of the race ;)

Turning some laps on Fuji now, hitting 1:31.542 on RM's.

I fully expect that to be shattered by someone other than me.

One more thing, in practice at one point it said in T1 I was 59.4XX of the pole, T2. 01.4XX off the pole. I don't think I found a spare 58 something seconds on the track

Wasn't a very nice room with lag and slow frame rates. I got hit and that made me hit other people too. It was just really hard on the 1st lap to judge any kind of performance from the cars. I don't think anyone intended to hit anyone it was just poor quality from the server.
Times were at least 4 seconds off the pace.
