Hey, I was trying to dupe the gt-86 II for my brother, when he tried to copy my data, it said it was a ps plus only. When did this happen, did he click the right thing? Has Sony really destroyed duping? :(:(:(

Game saves only work on same PSN Id. Just back up your game, send car, quit game, delete file and copy the old one.

Yes, I know that. But he tried to copy it to his datastick and it said that copying was for ps plus members only.

Then I'm assuming you save your file on PS+ and he does not subscribe to it.

Turn PS3 off and back on, find the save file on XMB, make sure it's not the '(Back-up)' file, then copy the save file onto the pendrive. If it's still not working, try signing out and disconnecting your Ps3 from the internet. If It still doesn't work, maybe try another pendrive thingy? :D

Edit: Everything seems to be working fine for me, you might be doing something wrong.. :L

I think what happened is he pointed to the Plus Save option when he went to save, and NOT the stick. The Plus Save is the first one in the list when you have more than one backup device plugged in. This save icon will show even if you aren't a plus member.

Does he has an updated GT5 version? GT5 saves were protected before some patch. But it's your save, so it's weird. But maybe he doesn't have the same version of GT5 and PS3 recognises it?

No worries - all is good when pointed in the right direction!
