You may be familiar with Sony's Aibo, electronic companion dog. But they recently announced Qrio (pronounced "curoe"). I must say, it's quite amazing.

Something I didn't know about Aibo, and something this first edition Qrio doesn't posses, is that Aibo can locate its recharge unit and connect itself when its batteries are low. That's pretty cool. But for a $1,500 dog, I'd expect at least that much (:

Seriously, how cool would that be if you had a robot that could do that?

Yes, i believe they are.

I hear they are quite small too, about 1' tall.
