How should they impliment qualifying Online in GT4?

  • I think 2 laps is enough, 1 lap on the nurburgring nordschleife.

All cars being ghosts would be fine for qualifying, but in the race i wouldnt like it. I actually wouldnt mind collision in qualifying either, coz i just know if someone is crappy enough to try ram others i can get past them easily, lol, its all about thinking fellas remember that, but if it screws up a good lap it would be very annoying. But i do believe it should be ghost for qualifying coz it prevents drafting so people have to make it on their own no going faster coz of the slip stream.

Glad some people like my idea of qualifying, its how they qualify for the V8 Supercars here, except they have 2x 20 minute sessions from memory, the first 20 minutes is lower 50% in times on the track, and 2nd is top 50%. But yeh its where i got the idea from.
 
Start from the pits, one warm up lap then one qualifying lap, same as F1. You botch it, oh well.
 
I reckon it should be one lap from standing... You all start at the same time in the same position and the other cars are ghosts... that way you can see how everyone is doing in their laps too...

Would speed it up too... that way you'd all be qualifying... then all racing... instead of waiting for someone to qualify each time.
