theres a code inside the game wich contains 20 cars and 1 mill.. also you will or might get another code or two for additional 5 cars and another 1 mill seperate from the game, depends who you preordered with. In all I got 25 cars, and 2x1 million.
I got everything as above. I believe you had to download different items separately, I might be wrong.
Therefore paints and suits had to be downloaded and installed separate to cars.

I did pre-order so got the extra cards, the code was not in with the game, but was received by email.
On launch I would say that the Anniversary edition was worth it, nice to have a range of cars to choose from, with the extra credits. However, with the updates that have brought increased credits and cars I'm not so sure I'd recommend it quite so highly.
From my 15th Aniv. code I got 25 cars (15th Aniv paint) , 1 full suit (15the Aniv scheme), lots of nice paint chips (chrome, matte, color change, etc) and free stuff for the PS3 (dynamic theme, icons, and no-remeber-nor-even-care what else), but NO extra credits.
Finished to endgame credits in 3 days, all with Megane Trophy(wickedly stable flat track dart!)

Yes, but take a copy of you save data first. I just now got the codes for the precion pack. And when i started the game after the downloade, the PS3 just gave me a black screen. So I had to restart it. And the Ps3 says error occured ....... and repair may take 2 to 3 hours. It took 15 min. And everything worked again
but how do you select the GT6 Avatar as the one to use?
. So I always take a backup of the savedata after I quit playing. Just to be safe
