Question about handling dynamics...?

Is there any amount of tweaking I can do to get my TVR Speed 12 to handle like the Camaro Race Car?  Or is it the fact that it is a street car not going to let me achieve this handling?

The same question applies to, lets say, the GT-One road car and race car...  Will the road car not perform like the race car without proper tweaking?  Or will it never?  I am 50/50 on whether or not the track/wheelbase are the same or not between the race and road GT-One...  If they are the same, and the same tires are fitted, wouldn't the handling be the same?

Also (I know smiliar questions have been asked before), what Endurance race should I aim for if I want an F1 car quickly (I am DYING to race one)?

Most of the cars are as individual as theur real life counterparts, so trying to get any one particular car to act like another is no small task if not nearly impossible.
