I couldn't find anything in particular about this.
As I understand it, blocking works this way...
If you kick someone from a room, they won't be able to re-join that room, even if there's another host that's taken over.
If you block someone, they will never be able to join a lobby room that you open, even if another host takes over.
If you take over a room as host, people on your block list WILL be able to join the room.
All good so far? (I was told this is how it works, I've never actually tested it. But I've heard things that make me think it's true.)
My question is this in particular...
If you block someone, will it prevent you from joining a lobby they've created?
