Question about replays and console region codes.

What is the deal with replays and the region of the console they originated on?

Can a replay created on a NTSC (US) PS3 be played on a PAL (EU) PS3? Or is this not possible.

Or is it determined by your PSN's region? Would a replay created on a US PS3 with a US PSN work on an EU PS3 with a US PSN?

PAL cannot be played on NTSC and vice versa.
