How do u win the other 3 cars in some of the races??

do you mean when there are four cars and you get one? well u cant win them. unless u do the race over. or what u can do is make sure you are ahead by 10 points before the last race and if you save it just continue to the last race and exit the race so u always win until u get the car u want if u dont just load the game over and do it until u get the car u want

Yeah, you just do the race over again, and use the "trick" that Oscar suggested to get the one you want, and you'll be fine.
