No a pom is an English person as far as I know.

Although here are some local references.

Geordie A person from Tyneside or Newcastle
Brummie A native of Birmingham
Scouser A person from Liverpool, a Liverpudlian.

bloke A man.

I think you'll also find that 'pom' is pretty much exclusively used to describe a British person by Australians.
 
banjax = Verb. To ruin. [Mainly Irish use.] :lol:N use that all the time

boy racer = Noun. A young man who has a penchant for fast cars and reckless driving. English term for Ricer

mutt's nuts = Noun. The best, most excellent. Cf. 'dog's bollocks'.

salad dodger = Noun. A fat person Doug.

shove it up your arse! = Exclam. An exclamation of contempt

thick as a brick = Very stupid.

thick as pig**** = Very stupid.

thick as two short planks = Very stupid.

phwoah = Exclam. Used to express sexual desire at the sight of an attractive woman. Imitative of the sound expressed in such a circumstance. Also spelt phwoar and phwoargh (my fav)
