Question: What do you do when GT5 disc stops working?

Do you think there is a guarantee on the disk. This isn't burger king, you can't have it your way. You might have to fork over another 60 bucks, eh.

I love these types of responses.

If you read the manual it clearly says there is a 90 warranty. What is not clear is who to contact.
 
That warranty is for disc error. I don't think they will cover a cracked disc unless you can show it came in the case like that.
 
The manual should have a number that you can call, and speak to someone about the warranty, or faulty disc.
 
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I ended up going to Bestbuy and they exchanged the disc.

By the way I did call the Sony number in the booklet before but the voice menu options mainly deal with hardware issues. Looks like the best option is to wait for an agent and then discuss the situation.
