When you reach level 35 B-spec you recieve a X1 right? If you make another B-spec driver to level 35 again do you win the ticket again?

Sorry you do not.

Its based on your B spec level not your drivers Level. Drivers level up slightly different to you, as you can have lots of drivers all on lower XP but you higher.
