So Is this code region based, or can it be used anywhere? I tried downloading the Priority app(I have an App Store link) and it won't show up.. Plus I live in the US and don't happen to know any British people.

I would think the codes are region locked since it's DLC? Non europees probably can't use the code anyway.

You can still download the App. When it asks you to Confirm your O2 phone number, put in your Wife's. It'll send a code to her phone and then you'll be able to use the App without being on O2.
 
I got my brother in laws fiancee to get me one of these codes.

Weirdly you can't use the GT86 in the GT86 one make race
